So, just how "hazardous" can a tank full of poo be?

I saw a guy dumping his tanks at the dump station not long ago. Would have thought he was handling a major biohazard. First, he puts on one of those disposable white environmental suits. Then comes sh...

That might not be over the top if,
- He has a compromise immunity for some reason.
- Someone traveling with him has Hepatitis.
- Someone traveling with him has recently been vaccinated for polio.

But it sure beat getting to the dump and finding the ground covered with paper flock. (And you know that is just what you can see.)
