So, just how "hazardous" can a tank full of poo be?

I had a guy in front of me once that put on a pair of coveralls, mud boots, goggles and rubber gloves before he started his dump process. Then he put it all in a large plastic trash bag when he was finished. He struck me as a white collar book worm sort of fella out of his element.

I really didn't think much of it at the time.
