So, just how "hazardous" can a tank full of poo be?

There's a lot of ignorance out there. Now we're to believe the black tank is just basically food and tissue paper? Why even wash your hands then? Would you be comfortable eating the contents of the black tank?

The individual described in the OP was probably more concerned with the general area of the dump station than he was with his own black tank.
