Any black tanks spill is considered a biological hazard, and if they put any chemicals to deodorize or lye, it becomes a chemical-biological hazardous spill, subject to fines and all sort of ordinances.

Since it is only the wife and I, the hazard is not that bad, it is still handled correctly, I make sure that my equipment and connections are leak proof and they will stay put.
