That other address as you stated is somewhat obscure. So much so I haven't a clue where it is listed. (websitesupport@goodsam.com) ???
It really shouldn't be that difficult to FIND an up to date/working e-mail address for dealing with issues. One that can be accessed and used without having to be registered or logged in.
Maybe this little glitch has shown some areas that need addressed.
This made me curious, so I found that the websitesupport@goodsam.com email address can be found under Forum Rules located on the top right hand corner on the forum page (in the blue strip). You don't have to be logged in to see it or to view the contents on the page.
As quoted on the page, "Attacks on moderators will not be tolerated and may result in an immediate ban. Moderators have to make difficult judgment calls, but remember, they are human. If you have a concern about a particular moderator or treatment of a post by a moderator, email websitesupport@goodsam.com. "
