That other address as you stated is somewhat obscure. So much so I haven't a clue where it is listed. (websitesupport@goodsam.com) ???

It really shouldn't be that difficult to FIND an up to date/working e-mail address for dealing with issues. One that can be accessed and used without having to be registered or logged in.

Maybe this little glitch has shown some areas that need addressed.

So exactly what happened? Was it RV.Net, or a computer issue on the users part leading them to jump to conclusions?
