I do like the luxury of the Grand Cherokee over the Exploder, & wouldn't mind the solid front axle in case I wanted to build it up later.
I've posted this flat tow question on the outback forums & Volvo forums & they said bad, & I even called the big guru parts dealers that hot rod them &. They said bad idea as well on them so thats why I question an AWD CRV?
I'd almost consider a FWD but then a tow dolly comes into play & then I need to store it & while in campgrounds & etc would be climbing over it & or disconnecting it, I'd like the least steps possible, or it just becomes to much effort to bother with towing a dinghy, and if that's the case my selection opens up big time & I'll just tow my full sized Pre-runner bronco, but it's nice a plush ride at all, it's a hardcore Pre-runner & about 6K lbs.
