I realize medicine has made progress in the last decade but both my parents died at 75, grandmother at 72, Dad's sister at 70. I have heart disease and have already had bypass surgery and stents. I have been retired since 2000 and taking SS at 62 (next year) seems to be the prudent thing to do especially since I plan to use it to buy a new motorhome and pay my golf club bill. SS will be a Bonus.
