Not sure if you mean maximum monthly benefit or if there is a dollar cap on payments. There is no cap that I'm aware of so go ahead and live to 100 years of age. The current maximum monthly payment is about 2.5 K.
Are you saying the maximum monthly payment you can get from SS is $2500?
If so, either you are incorrect, or our SS statements are. Kinda thinking it's not the latter.
