This is a quick SS calculator.

Thing is, they calculate your benefit based on an assumed incremental graduation of salary resulting in your current salary, BUT, if your click on the "assumptions" link, you can change the increments. I did this by guessing / estimating and came up with a more accurate benefit amount.
