The trouble is ... although the wall is brick ... it's foundation is on wheels that can move backward or forward.
Knowing where it's going to wind up versus when you start SS ... now that's the problem and crystal balls don't help.
Thankfully SS is (somewhat) inflation adjusted so no matter how your SS check starts out, it gets bigger over time. Trust me on this - ours has gotten bigger every year.
