So who on here has chased down the homeless and taken the stolen shopping carts off of them? Who has called the store where they come from (usually on the handle) and reported the cart in operation by a non shopper?
Who cares? I believe the cart is actually more of a loss than a crate!
I know when I drove trucks and hauled things on pallets, my company got a refund on the pallet,,IF they collected them, and who counted how many were lost or broken? Who cares?
What was that crate doing out in the middle of the freeway? WHO CARES? evidently NOT the company or they would have some one out collecting them! Or at least a Company BOLO and it would be printed on the crate to return it!
