Correct, there is no moral dilemma. Is the company who lost it,
out looking for it? No. When the folks who pickup trash along side the highway going to return it? No. Are those folks going to trash it? Yes.
Therefore there is no moral dilemma. Use it. If it doesn't work as planned, then throw it in the trash, or recycle it as needed, but just don't throw it out on the side of the road,
