I still want to see a picture of this magical soda box.
If you are worried about the moral aspects here is my suggestion: Go down to the local distributor with the crate but take a $1000 bill for delivery. This would be completely moral as you are providing a service and they are welcome to their property once they pay for delivery.
Of course, if we are into morality policing, you should also print up a "citizen's issued littering ticket" to discourage their moral impropriety in the future.
Or you can relax and go camping.
