I run a crossed a fully stocked tackle box laying on a stream bed I fish. I had two choices 1 take the tackle box ,and attempt to locate the owner by putting it on a local fishing forum, or 2 leave it there. I chose to leave it in hopes that the owner would come back for it. Its not a very busy place ,so I hope I chose right.
The big problem taking an item like I found, and trying to find the owner is probably slim to none. Most likely the owner probably never got back his or her's tackle box , but finding some item where you can just turn it in, and that person will most likely check back, there should be no dilemma .
