If you're still hooked to the trailer and the rear wheels on the truck are dug in, I would first disconnect the trailer. If you still can't get out, try letting some air out of the rear tires. A neighbor suggested this to me and it worked. I see no advantage in letting the air out of the trailer tires. When you get the truck out, fill in the ruts, wait for a dry day, preferably in the afternoon and try again.
