Solar needed?

25 to 30 solar watts is enough to maintain lead acid batteries. Not sure any solar is needed for Lithium batteries.
20-30 watt panel is only going to produce about 6-12 amp hours a day under average conditions. For the small difference in price, 100w will produce 30-40 and better suited for LIPO.
I agree that the cost of a 20-30 watt panel is the same or close to a one hundred.
and a 100 doesnt do anything but trickel charge. its realy kinda useless now to have a 100 watt panel taking up space on the roof when for just a tiny bit more space you can have a 200 watt, which will actualy help when you are traveling and running a fridge and what not. the thing is you want to get into a 24V panel not a 12V panel and 200 watts is the first entry I have found into the 24V panel.
