Solera Slide out sleeve

I just spoke with mobile outfitters today. The sleeve has been halted with technical problems but I got the impression that the topper is still available. Apparently the issue is interference with the seals. Specifically those applications where the bulb seal is on the wall of the RV and not the slideout. I spoke with two people and neither gave me a warm fuzzy about the product. Too bad as it is a good idea. I may make my own.

Solera is a branch of The Mobile Out-Fitters. I was called back by the company and was told that the Solera Slide-out Sleeve was on hold untill the company worked out some installation problems with a few brands of RVs. Nothing is wrong with the material or the entire product, just few problems with installation. It will be available soon again.

Yes- it does. I often have to go to incognito mode to get good search results. Sometimes it's a good thing, but often it isn't.

Looks like a good thing. Will think about adding this to our coach. Who sells them. We do not get anything up other than information. Do you have to go to one of the dealers to get them?

The Solera slide boot/sleeve is a cool idea, especially when used in combination with an awning. It goes a long way to protect against water intrusion, from what I've seen.

If/when you (the OP) has it installed, let us know how well it works, if you don't mind.

I had been looking at Toyota Vehicle information a few Days earlier.

When I typed in Solera Slide Out Sleeve it went searching for Toyota accessories.

You ,no doubt ,use Google a fair amount on RV Related Products!

Interestingly enough, I Google "Solera slide out sleeve" and the first 2 pages are nothing but the Solera slide out sleeve.

Unfortunately You haven't given Us enough information. Please remember to include things like :

OR I'm Looking at " ____ " on Website XXXzzYY can anyone suggest an installer!

I tried to Google Solera slide out sleeve and came up with references for a Toyota Wind Deflector!
