Put you keg in a dorm sized fridge and plumb through the sides. Plug it in to an outside outlet to cool the fridge. Can also keep a few bottles of wine in there too.
On edit....Oops...you wanted it to be non-electric. Sorry. Can't you find a tall top lid cooler chest you can convert? I know they are out there. I've seen em. Just can't remember where. Not that you need another one. You already have what you need. But if you need another...and who wouldn't want more than one...
