I have used the white on the sunroom seams and it worked well for about 3 years in the Florida sun... it just plan dried out up there on a metal roof in the sun. I changed over now to a roofers tape that is 1/8 inch thick.
The CLEAR I used along the bottom of the sunroom and the brick wall to help out and have no paint color changes or leaks... has worked good for more than a year. Sorry to see your trailer and the mess. Hope you find a solution.
