And as the name implies - a "Company" - as in "business"..:W
Sooooo some states either:
1. (As noted) Expect the LLC to register as a "resident" in the state.
2. See you and your MH as a commercial enterprise (business), subject to commercial requirements - as any other commercial vehicle.
Either one defeats the desired intent of the LLC for a MH.
Still works in some states, but the number is rapidly dwindling.
