I also would not park in a random spot, Management might have a couple of vacant places, and should offer you a empty place to park your RV until the boat owner can move out of your site. I have seen it at my storage location, where they are supposed to be in building G65 and end up in building F65.
So check your storage area. If the building next to you, with the same site number is now empty, and the boat might fit, they might have parked at the wrong building by mistake.
Also find another location to move yours too. It might be along a fence, or someplace that management tells you is a un-rented vacant location. If you are in site T12, and the owner of site T12 arrives, they will not have a place to park either, and might charge you with any citations they received while parking someplace else!
