Had something similar happen to us. We had an assigned covered spot, and the owner posts a small name sign at each assigned spot. We came back from a weekend trip and found a boat and trailer in our assigned and labeled spot. Called the owner, no answer. Called the 24 hour emergency number, straight to voice mail.
So I unhooked my TT, hooked up to the trailer, and pulled it out of the way. Backed my TT in. Left a note on the boat explaining my actions. Called the owner's number, this time was able to leave a voice mail, and explained. No one ever contacted me about it. No apology, thank you, lecture, no contact at all.
