I could not have parked in front of the boat without blocking maneuvering access for others. I parked next door, there are other spots open as well so I figured that if the owner of the spot came in and found me there he will call management and get the same response. Figured this is the least dramatic way of handing this.
If I move someone else's equipment that I believe can be a bad thing. He too may have rental agreement with that site number, we did not update my agreement, I started out with an outdoor spot and was put on a waiting list for this one. When it came available the rent was increase as appropriate but the agreement was not.
Its been 2 hours since my first message to the management. If I ran a business such as this I feel that I would be expected to give a response within a reasonable time (1/2 hour or so) with all the electronic access we have to email and voicemail. Maybe the management has an emergency?
The more I marinate on this, the more I plan to move to another facility, pending the waiting list.
