It appears thall all of the above is good sound advice. It will be tough to pick the right approach. I think I would drop my trailer right in the middle of the lot, that will bring a response from the storage owner fast. He has no defense for not monitoring his facility better. But a private business is just that, very iffy. Take a picture if you can. I definetly would not touch the boat, you are wide open to a damage suit doing that. A mitigating factor might be are you generally free to come and go at will from your storage?
