The storage manager contacted me the same day I called and left a message. He said the problem had been rectified and explained the circumstances. The time with the blocked lane, the onsite manager took care of it almost immediately.
The guy in my spot happened on Sunday and I went back Monday to move. I could have gone back Sunday but didn't think it was a big enough deal to mess with it. The blocked lane was on Saturday, and the manager was there.
One of the things I like about my storage is that the manager lives onsite, so there is almost always someone there. Very handy. He's gone on occasion, but there more often than not.
