When you responded did you respond thru Craigslist OR did you respond via your e-mail?
If via your e-mail.......watch it. It could be hijacked and used to gain access to your contact list etc.
When using Craigslist always respond via Craigslist.
If they want response via your e-mail.......move on. They may just be going after your e-mail account.
