The very first response is the only clue you need
"I am interested in the listed ad, and is it still available.."
It is generic and non specific to the item for sale, in other words a form letter used by the scammers. If I am interested in something someone is selling, I have no idea if they are selling one thing or a bunch, I ALWAYS respond with like "I am interested in the trailer/camper(specific item) you have listed" And anyone who has been a real interested person in something I am selling also specifically mentions the item of interest. If I get a e-mail like the non specific response you got (and I have) I just trash them, I don't have time to even play around.
