You will have no trouble at all with your truck/trailer combination. Put it in tow haul mode and let the RPM's do what they will. 3500-4500 RPM's is just fine and will not hurt your engine a bit. Let your engine braking do the work going down the grades. Your truck will downshift as needed going down the grades and the computer will not allow an RPM that will hurt the engine.
