Thank you for posting. I drove 5 hours away to the National Homestead Monument in Nebraska to see the eclipse. I took along 2 boys that work for us on the farm now and then. They are both 14. They were thankful to go along and we had a good time.
My only complaint is that Nebraska is awful, awful, at traffic control.
We also went to the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha zoo the day before. I recommend it to everyone. If you get in the area check it out.
I didn't realize that there were that many forms of life. Tapir are really weird looking animals.
