Replace it with the cheapest tire of that size you can find and expect to never use it either.
I have never used the 7+ yr old spare on our 5er. And can't even remember the last time I used a spare on any of my trucks or DW's cars.

I don't even have a spare for my TT. But, I never go more then 70 miles from home.
I should find one and keep it at the house. Just in case I ever have a problem I could call a friend or family member to bring it and a jack to me.
