Maybe I'm just weird, but I typically don't drive much after I reach the campground. After I make camp I'll head out to the grocery store and maybe dinner depending on how late it is, then it's back to camp and the truck is parked until its time to break camp and leave.
Depends. If "camping" is the destination, then my truck may stay put until I leave. However, we use our trailer as base camp for Kayaking, going to "see" the sights, etc... If that is the case, I may be one of those people you see leave at 10:00 am and not return until supper time.
