I know it's counter intuitive but letting traffic travel at what is reasonable is the safest. Artificially lowered speeds (public or private roads) is not safer.
In a CG, what is a "reasonable" speed one minute can change in an instant when a kid on a bike pops out in front of you from a blind corner.  It's idiotic to apply highway standards to the inner roads of a camp ground.
That's what people do on here to enforce their opinion - apply important titles to themselves or say something like throw a ball in the road as if that is what they really do.
