Splendid 2100XC. How to remove dispenser drawer

I have. 2100 XC and can't get the dispenser drawer out to clean it. My older Splendid had the same drawer and I could pull it out easily. Is there a catch or something I am missing that will release t...

Raise it up and pull it out. Look underneath and there are a couple of sliders the dispenser glides on. After you remove it a couple times, it starts to come out a little easier.
