30+ yrs. water/air/fuel systems---installation, operations, maintenance
along with in-depth knowledge of electrical systems from 12V to 500KV plus a few yrs in housing construction as Tract Superintendent building new homes from chunk of dirt to a fully finished neighborhood.
Besides........my RV (and 10000's other) came w/o any check valves so some other engineer thought it was OK also. Great minds think alike.
Yet some engineers put them in, because why, they like to waste money.
Sounds like you worked in maintenance with no formal education? Is that correct?
