If you roll the awning out all the way there should be a sticker on one end somewhere. It will tell you what to use and not use. Lots of ideas floating around but not all awnings are made from the same materials. FWIW my last awning said NO BLEACH on the tag. I would grab your owners manual or packet of info you got with the trailer and read thru it. Somewhere in there will be your awning manual with the right info.
