Standard TV Park Rules - clear as can be........

Checked into a small TV Park in central Texas yesterday. Rule #21 reads "No clotheslines are PROHIBITED". If it were nicer weather outside and I could find a piece of rope, I might have put one up. ...

Can you only have Tow Vehicles in a TV Park?
Or do you have to also have a Television along with your clothesline?
Or is there really a Tennessee Valley Park in central Texas? :)
