Honestly, I just don't see this as much of a deterrent. What's the manager going to do, stop me on my way out and ask me to leave? Uh, OK, I was leaving anyway. I might be annoyed by the manager's petulance, but I doubt it would bother me too much.
Now, I suppose they could prohibit me from returning one day, but I think this is unlikely in a membership park with this being my first infraction and the fact that I'm, otherwise, a model campground citizen.
If the choices are to risk my safety and property damage or be asked to leave when I'm on my way out, I think I'll opt for safety.
