I've never seen the police write a ticket for going the wrong way in any campground.
Last year, I was camping at a BOE campground. My last full day there, a family group arrived, driving in the wrong way on the one-way road, and parking in the back-up site front-in. They had 2 cars parked like that in the site next to me, and 1 car parked like that in the site across the street. At several points during the day, they drove 1 car out, driving the wrong way because they couldn't turn around. After they drove out at one point, I saw a 5er and a large TT coming around the right way. Soon aferwards, the ranger showed up. He made them turn the 2 cars around (I don't think he noticed the third car across the road) and made it clear that they were NOT to drive the loop backwards. If he had seen them driving the wrong way, I do not doubt he would have ticketed them - he was NOT happy with them.
Now, they were in a standard car causing folks with big RVs to maneuver around them. The OP is in a big RV trying to safely maneuver the road. So that could easily make a difference whether being warned, ticketed, or not.
At an RV Park, I would talk to management and ask for assistance - either permission to drive the wrong way or help driving out the right way. As they are privately owned, the "road rules" are more discretionary than in a public campground. I've also found that public campgrounds are well set up in regards to the ease of getting in and out of sites according to the road direction. RV Parks tend to be less well-thought out in that aspect, focusing more on the number of sites than the easy access of the sites.
