Putting all places on one map and you wouldn't be able to read it because of it being cluttered.
I agree, there is not one reference that lists everything... not even the much talked-about RVParky or Allstays. There are some 'jewels' out there that we found by accident.
We also use public parks so used the Benchmark series of, yes, 'paper' atlases as our 'go to'.
