If you don't have access to space and privacy, those will be attractive draws. 'Wanting to get away' means different things for different people.
We don't travel to go "camping", but we stay in facilities where people camp. We travel and stay at campgrounds because that is about the only place to park and hook to utilities with my 36 foot motorhome. If we are in route to a destination that takes many days to get to, we want a place with a good power source to recharge our batteries, and
clean restrooms and showers. And good Wifi for internet is a plus!! And a reasonable price really helps. If I don't find a reasonable price, then parking at Walmart, or some other permitting retailer comes into play. We are self contained and can do everything without hookups.
