In my early days as a camper I was talking with the manager at one State Park,, I mentioned that there was a family pulled in late, they all took showers and such, used the dump station and re-filled their fresh water (BIG family too like 7 or 8 kids) and pulled out early in the morning without paying.
manager said he'd been through the park about 1.5 hours before they left and took down their license plate number.
You know.. There are only two crimes defined in the Constitution of the United States.. You know about Treason.. Yup, that is one of 'em. The other "Defrauding an inkeeper" Applies to not paying for your camnpsite too.
