steering immoilizing
Does some company make special straps for immobilizing steering wheels?

When we were towing for the collision shop (family business) we carried a collection of bungie cords to tie down the steering wheel when having to tow rear end up. This was before dollies (or at least, we never bought dollies). There is almost always someplace to hook the other end of the cord strapping a wheel.
