A "hot skin" condition which can potentially be fatal. Disconnect from the pedestal immediately and do not reconnect until the problem has been fixed. Report it to the CG office immediately. If the CG refuses to do anything, report it to the local electrical safety authority and move to another CG. It's even possible more than one pedestal is affected and others are at risk.
Do not take a situation like this lightly. A 3 year old boy was electrocuted last year from a hot skin in an RV.
Causes are a mis-wired pedestal or shore power cord, or a faulty ground somewhere. Good info. from No-Shock Zone on this
