This exact thing happened to me once, about 8volts using a meter to the frame and ground.
It tuned out to be because our Campsite was within a few hundred feet of high voltage overhead power lines. My friends camper next to us had the same voltage. Once we moved the rigs at the end of the trip the voltage was gone.
