Stray Voltage?

@TENBEAR- At a campground, I fulltime but still work, just not for the campground. Thankfully no one else it there either right now.
No Extension cords or adapters being used right now.
Don't see any other stray sources like power lines but won't rule out.
Thought about running jumper cables to a long rebar but that's just a band aid.

My RV is only a couple of years old and I have some adapters but they are near new and only used once so far.
I am taking this seriously and have told the rest of the fam to stay out until I get back (their at the beach).

EDIT: just watched some of Mike's Youtube Videos. Good info and ways to stay safe while checking for this.
