Yep, my #1 suggestion is to.... stop worrying about the sensor. When the toilet burps its time to dump.
Sure, you can clean the sensors, get yourself filthy.. and all for what? The next time a piece of toilet paper decides to stick to the 3/4 full sensor guess what your sensor will read?
