Stuck getting started??

I'm about to become homeless and I want to have a mobile situation where I never have to move again once I get my stuff into an RV. I can't figure out what to buy or where to start. I'm stuck between the stealth parking capability, and easier driving, of a Sprinter conversion, which would let me park anywhere pretty effectively, or a pickup camper, which would be like a home on wheels and let me live a comfortable life with full fridge, freezer, plumbed toilet, shower, etc. I'm leaning toward the pickup for storage and quality of life but when I think of trying to find someplace to park an old setup in a place like Seattle, Portland or San Diego, I get completely stuck on imagining the mobility I'm craving. 

Any thoughts?
