In answer to the OP's question though: If it were a little elderly lady or frail grandpa guy, yeah....maybe....probably. I'd feel terrible if I turned them away.
When I read this, I thought what if my grandmother needed to use the facilities? She would have NEVER peed on the side of the road. I would like to think that someone would let her use their RV bathroom in such a situation.
I've always felt that old folks, little kids, and animals deserve our extra care/consideration. In this situation, little kids and animals will be just fine peeing in the bushes. Most old men would be OK with it also, but little old ladies are likely to feel humiliated and ashamed at having to pee in the bushes - I would not put them through that humiliation and shame if I could prevent it by simply letting them use my RV bathroom.
Man, you must have a different grandma than my SO or me. She went through the plague, the depression and WW2. She could go out and cut the head off of a chicken and gut it and have it in a pot on the stove in a few minutes. In a few minutes more dinner would be served.
Or she would go out and pop a squirrel in the head with a 22 and make a meal out of it with some flower and oil. She could cut a cord of wood and stack it or haul water from the well in the back yard.
Bathrooms? Ha, ha , ha, it was an outhouse in the back yard. Zero degrees out? No problem, she just went out and went.
She was tough as nails. Me? Soft like a marshmallow, and that is why no stranger is using my facilities. I don't even get to use my FIL's facilities! His trailer and his rules!
