amazing!! makes you wonder how they stay in business!!
BTW -- I heard that if you can't understand the "human" you're talking to, you can ask to speak to someone in the USA. If they say they are in the USA, then ask to speak to someone who can speak English BETTER......like his supervisor. I've tried it and it works. I don't tolerate phone service that can't be understood. Don't blame you for cancelling!
